I would like to reproduce your problem and would like to ask you a few more details about the procedure: You described in your email that you "always" get the error, does that mean that the error always happens even if it is a new project? Or is it limited to a specific project? If you haven't tried it on another project to see if the error occurs, I would appreciate it if you would give it a try. Also, could you tell us when the error occurs, such as when you create a new clipping attachment, or when you try to add a vertex to it?
