I think it would be pretty useful that when you select a mesh, and it has a key in the frame you're on, vertices that are not in their default position get highlighted in some way (different color, brightness, etc.)
It doesn't need to detect if the vertices were changed in the current key or a previous one. Only that it tells us which vertices would change position if we were to erase all mesh keys up to the frame we're on.
I wonder if this could be implemented without too much hassle... :think:
