Problem Resizing Model

I don't know if it is a bug or just me who doesn't know how to resize a model, but when I try to resize it on setup mode my IK targets maintain the same size as before, resultin on some huge red circles.
Here is the image, so you guys can understand better:

Even if theres no IK constraints the "bug" affects the other bones in a similar way:

Any help? =(

You can change the scale of the bones and other viewport icons:
Settings - Spine User Guide: Editor scale

It doesnt work, I've already tried and it changes only the width of the bones, those "circles" stays on the same size 🙁

What exactly did you try? It does work.

I have the feeling that it is not rescaling everything proportionally.

How big are your images? If your character is 3000+ pixels high, you might consider using smaller graphics. You can use different size graphics at runtime, if you are using the Spine Runtimes.
