Hello,
My animations got from spine to unity and I'm trying to add them to the "Animation" window, so that I can add events for sound effects to play at specific times. I did this with sprite sheet animations so easily.
I've been fiddling around with Unity for a long while and searching for a tutorial on how to do this, but I can't find one. 🙁
I got quite close (I think) by fiddling around, but when I hit play, the figure disappeared an I had an error constantly update in the console. Unfortunately, I don't have the error. I tried to replicate what I did, but I can't remember.
If you know of a resource where I can learn how to do this or could list it out in some steps, I would be very grateful. 🙂 Or if there is another way to do it, which I'm not aware of? I watched the official Unity tutorial on how to add events in another way on the inspector, but I can't seem to find the same buttons they showed.
Thank you! :sun:
UPDATE:
I tried clicking "Bake All Skins", then I dragged the baked prefab file in. I opened the Animator and that worked.
So I guess I figured it out. If anyone knows of a smarter way to do this, let me know. I'd love to hear your workflow!
QUESTION: Is there a way to update the baked animations, without having to delete them and put them in the scene all over again? After updating the animations by re exporting from Spine.
