Spine Not Opening

Hello i'm having an issue when opening Spine. it keeps saying that's unable to ping the server. i saw that there was already a thread about people having this issue, and i've posted there as well, as i've done all the solutions proposed on that thread but i'm still not able to open spine. I have 2 colleges that got spine at the same time as me, however their spine is working fine and mine is not.

Sorry you are having trouble! From the log it looks like Spine is unable to verify the secure connection between you and the Spine servers. This can happen when network configuration interferes with the communication. Can you try using a different network connection to the internet? Maybe a cell phone hotspot, WIFI at home or at a coffee shop, etc. If that works it would prove your current the network configuration is the issue.

There must be something else about your network configuration that is wrecking communication. If it's happening with multiple connections to the internet (make sure those are significantly different, ie not both behind the same firewall or other network hardware), then it must be some configuration with your computer. Do you have any software firewalls, anti-virus, or anti-malware software? If so, try disabling that temporarily.
