I'm not sure, the current setting for users to delete their posts says "custom" and it's not clear what that even means! Some users think their post should get deleted once they solve their problem, which is not what we want, so there should be a limit for deletion. 10 minutes, like for editing, makes sense to me. We limit editing like that so spammers can't return later and add URLs to their posts.
