That selects all unused attachments, then you can click the delete in the tree to delete them all. It's not one click, but it's easy!

That won't delete your images on disk. To do that, you can export data and check "Pack" then "Attachments" to "Single atlas". Export and you'll have an atlas that contains only the images your skeleton uses. Now you can use Spine's texture unpacker to extract the images out of the atlas. Now you have a folder containing only the images you use!
