How to export animation with individual layers?

Is there a way to export an entire animation but have each individual parts of the character(layers) still be separate?

For example, I animated this character with the whole head moving, together with the hair and hat. But I want the hair, hat, and head to all still be separated into layers when I export it into Adobe After Effects

I'm not sure if I'm explaining it clearly, but I really need help with this so please feel free to ask if you don't understand, so that I can finally resolve this problem 😢

You could just hide the parts you don't want to export, then export. Do that for each layer.

That's a bit tedious, so instead you could use a skin for each layer, then export your animations with the "all skins" setting. You'll get a sequence of images for each animation for each skin.
