Your skeleton metrics do not look too problematic, although clipping should be avoided where possible. How many skeletons do you have active at once? Note that off-screen skeleton updates can be disabled in the SkeletonAnimation Inspector in Advanced

Also, please be sure to test the performance in a Release build on the actual device, since debug build performance can be much worse, and the profiler will make matters even worse.
