I have realized over the past few years that the amount of animating I do via math is very high. If I find a select numerical routine that is produces an effect on a spinal column, I tend to follow a similar trend on other areas of the rig and achieve optimal results.
If Spine had a note system where I could select a key and press "N" for Note, I could then right something like .6, or .434 so I know the exact value I want to adjust the rotation or translation without having to remember all of these numbers in my head or hold them down in a calculator.
Also I wanted to discuss the Dopesheet when holding shift you can achieve decimal fractions of the frames but only in values such as .6, .7, .8. The display number will never be like .65, or .69. I want to have the second number to make the math a bit more accurate, displaying cleaner animations.
Too small changes that I think could make a decent impact on the overall operability of the software.
