Animating a long scarf! HELP!

Hi everyone!

Noob here! I am trying to animate a really long scarf. This scarf needs to flow like a wave! i have tried to select a bunch of bones at a time and rotate them but it doesnt seem to flow as well as id like. I had seen this tutorial online and i think it would work but problem is i cant use more than one IK in a chain of bones.

I have attached the scarf and bones.

If anyone has any ideas on how to get it to wave id really appreciate the help!

Hello!
The first tip I'd give you is to start from a straight version of the scarf to create the rig. You can find out why in this tip:

Secondly, while stretchyman is a great example of a bendy leg, the setup presented in that project works great for chains that have to be connected to something at both ends, and it doesn't look like it's the case of this scarf. I would therefore suggest to create a simple chain of bones without adding constraints.
You could then animate the scarf using offset like in this other tip:
Spine: Tips: 27 offset
