A typical walk cycle ref is something like this. Only 1/2 on keyframes are shown. The rest ist just flipped version.

This is pretty boring (and small-error prune) to make two symetrical poses manually. Is there any way to copy flipped positions between left/right legs, hands etc.? I know this trick from Blender, you must define mirrored bones first and then just copy flipped. Is anything like this in Spine? Or any other trick that allows to animate only 1/2 of such cycles and then just flip left/right?
