Thanks for replying so fast, however,
I cannot find a file named prefs.json in C:\Program Files (x86)\Spine Trial,
My OS is Win10 Chinese Traditional Edition, I re-install Spine again, then close it, find prefs.json, not found,
then open Spine again, then it shows normal text, so now it is no problem!
